Ayurvedic Home Remedies for Nosebleed |

Nose bleeding is a frequent disorder that is mainly found in kids and adults equally. It is generally the effect of the vulnerability of the nose coating that contains different and many tiny blood vessels, which are likely to bleed easily. Mostly the nose bleeding happens in the front portion of the nose and usually can be stopped easily. But if the bleeding occurs internally, then it’s better to consult a doctor. Listed below are some easy and effective home remedies for nosebleed treatment.
- The easiest and most effective way to prevent nose bleeding would be to blow the nose, powerfully, once. By doing this if there is any clot, it will come out. Once the clot is away, the nose opening will contract itself.
- At time of nosebleed, apply an ice pack on the outside of the nose. This is a simple and very effective technique for nose bleed treatment.
- Saline water is one natural remedy for nose bleed treatment. Take half glass water and add a pinch of salt in it. Now spray this saline water inside the nose.
- Take wet towel and place it on the head; it has been found helpful in treatment of nose bleeding.
- Lemon juice is also very effective in treatment of nosebleed. Put one or two drops of fresh lemon juice in the nostril, which is bleeding.
- Take some apple cider vinegar and dip a cotton ball in it. Now apply this cotton ball on the bleeding nose. It helps the blood to clot and will stop the bleeding.
- Take a pint of water and add one tsp of goldenseal in it. Put the mixture in a container and put it on flame. When the first boil comes, turn off the fire and leave the mix to settle down. When the mixture gets cool snuff little into the nostrils. Do again this for few times in a day.
- When nosebleed happens make sure that the surroundings are not dry. Moisten the air with a good quality air humidifier. This would avoid the nose from working exceptionally tough, thus preventing bleeding.
