Acne is blackheads or whiteheads or it is red pimples on the skin. Basically it affects face. This is generally appears in teen-agers.
Acne occurs when tiny holes on the surface of skin are blocked. This hole is called as pore. These pores are open to a canal, which contains hair and oil grand. These oil grands are responsible for maintaining oil on the skin. When these pores are blocked due to dust or pollution, bacteria spreads in surrounding area of skin and resulted in Acne.
These mostly infect face but also found in shoulders, legs and buttock.
To avoid acne, one should daily wash face with mild deep cleaning soap. Avoid cosmetics like cream that is greasy.
Don’t squeeze or rub pimples. Also don’t touch Acne.
Do yoga and pranayama daily to avoid Acne.
