Asanas for Arthritis:Yoga surely helps out in Arthritis. Easy asanas, and basic movements help in increasing circulation of blood in joints and limbs. Different Asanas like Trikonasana, Veerasana, Vrikshasana, Tadagasana, Makarasana, Pavanmuktasana, Hastashirasana, Swastikasana, Ekpadsahajhasta, Dwipadsahajhasta, Januhastasana, Bhujangasana are useful. Slow, balanced and controlled movements are particularly suggested. For arthritis patients, maintain the asanas for long is not suitable.Pranayama:Basic Pranayama is suggested for Arthritis, it involves deep breathing. Pranayama with breathing via right nostril and exhalation by means of both nostrils and making a sound of Hmm from the throat is very helpful for Arthritis patients.Yoga Life Style:Now a days we all are moving away from the nature and have created stress and unhealthy life style for us, basically stress free life is necessary for good health. |
